Capacity is King

When in the gym, or engaging in other training, your priority should be improvement, first and foremost. Whether we are aiming to improve our health, our ability or enhancing our ability to perform in sport or hobbies, there should always be a concerted effort to improve in some capacity.


Whether it's adding one more repetition, one more kilogram, moving one more meter or being one millisecond faster, finding a way to improve should always be a priority. These small, consistent improvements will stack over time and gradually move us ever closer to our goals.
